Jennifer Lubinski’s practice includes the defense of professional negligence, insurance coverage, construction, and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience litigating medical and legal malpractice claims at the trial and appeal levels. In 2009 she was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star by Baltimore Magazine. Ms. Lubinski has successfully defended a sprinkler company in a suit concerning an historic building damaged by fire; successfully defended, in circuit court and on appeal, legal malpractice lawsuits dealing with real estate, tax, and medical malpractice issues; and successfully defended a national recreational vehicle manufacturer in several lawsuits including one alleging partial limb amputation.
Additionally Ms. Lubinski writes and speaks regularly on issues of interest to the business community and the bar. She has presented on topics including nursing home litigation, chemical exposure litigation, professional negligence claims, and insurance bad faith litigation.
Currently she serves as the President of the Baltimore Women’s Bar Association and as the President-Elect of Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc., an affiliate of the Defense Research Institute. A published poet and supporter of the arts, Ms. Lubinski serves on the Fine Arts Advisory Council for Howard County, Maryland and is a supporter of the Artists 4 Foundation, which matches the talents of local artists with needs in the community.
