Lord & Whip traces its origin to 1906 and the association of Keech, Wright & Lord. The Firm became Lord & Whip in 1919 and continued under that name for thirty years. The name has undergone changes since that time, including Lord, Whip, Coughlan & Green. The last named partner, Frederick J. Green, Jr. retired in 1986, and once again we are known as Lord & Whip.
